Clearwater International France has advised Naxicap Partners, Ouest Croissance, the founder and the management in the disposal of the company Lilial to Danish group Coloplast.
Founded in 2003 by Denis Marliac, Lilial is the French leader in the distribution of medical devices related to ostomy and urology. The company has approximately 80 employees and is expected to record sales of about € 33m for the full-year 2017.
Coloplast, a Danish listed group with a revenue of more than € 2bn, is one of the world leaders in the development and manufacturing of medical devices and services related to ostomy, continence, urology and wound care. The acquisition of Lilial will strengthen its distribution network in France.
Following a competitive process gathering French and international players, Coloplast’s offer has been retained by the sellers.
The Clearwater International France team, composed of Philippe Guézenec, Managing Partner, Thomas Hamelin, Director and Sophie Lerond, Senior Analyst, advised Lilial shareholders in this transaction.
