Clearwater International acted as sole financial adviser to Heidelberg Capital and the management of Mobile City on the sale of the company to EasyPark Group.
Mobile City is a leading fin-tech company offering a multitude of prospective mobility services and connected car solutions in Germany, France, Austria and Sweden. The service portfolio of Mobile City includes, amongst others, innovative solutions for automated payment processes for car sharing as well as on- and off-street parking. The company’s unique business model is based on its modular and cloud based transaction platform which is able to combine mobility, time, location and consumption data with flexible tariff models to allow for an efficient payment process and to conduct complex clearing processing.
EasyPark is a leading provider of digital parking and pay-by-phone solutions for parking. The group operates across nine countries and is serves more than 200 city councils and commercial parking operators. With the acquisition of Mobile City, EasyPark significantly enlarges its coverage in Germany, Austria and France.
