Clearwater International has advised The Prospects Group on its acquisition of UK children’s homes business ‘homes2inspire’ from G4S, the leading global security company. Clydesdale Bank plc provided debt facilities to support the acquisition.
homes2inspire provides tailored education programmes, training and care services to more than 80 young people in 18 homes across the Midlands as part of a number of contractual agreements with local authorities. The company offers support to young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
As part of the transaction, all employees including senior management in homes2inspire will transfer to The Prospects Group.

The Clearwater International team advised The Prospects Group on the transaction, with the acquisition led by Partner Marcus Archer and Associate Director Daniel Rossington; Partner Chris Smith and Associate Director Lachlan Dorrity provided debt facility advice.
