Clearwater International’s commitment to their clients was very clear with this deal which first originated in 2006 and recently saw the £12 million sale of Occam to St Ives.
Occam DM Ltd is a specialist company in design, hosting, delivery and support of database marketing solutions, the company has a team of analysts who deliver a host of analytical solutions to clients supporting organisations in the planning and execution of customer and acquisition marketing campaigns and implementing sector specific data strategies. As well as running their marketing solutions database service Zebra. The company currently employs approximately 100 members of staff and its clients include RBS, Tesco Bank, John Lewis and the MoD.
Clearwater International undertook the sales process on behalf of Livingbridge and Occam’s management team, securing five strong bids from strategic buyers, exceeding price expectations and securing the sale of the business to St Ives, despite a backdrop of complex factors.
