The deal is part of the investment strategy of EVO Holding who plans to develop unutilised potential in medium sized Danish companies. To further infuse Dencam with know-how Carsten Risvig Pedersen, from the windmill manufacturer Nordex, has become part of the board and is also a new shareholder.
Dencam is a leading manufacturer of moulds and models to the composite industry. The company was founded in 2003 and is situated in Faaborg. The company’s clients are primarily the windmill and shipyard industries and other areas with needs for large objects.
Since the start the company has invested heavily in process technology and in expanding its capacity. Dencam is the first acquisition in EVO Holding.
