Clearwater International advises on the sale of EnviDan to Via Venture Partners

Clearwater International acted as exclusive financial advisor in the structured sale process of EnviDan Gruppen which saw ATP-owned private equity group Via Venture Partners, together with the management team and a number of key employees, acquire 100% of the shares in EnviDan Gruppen.

Founded in 1995 by Simon Boel, Jan Tryk and Søren Brønd, EnviDan Gruppen is an environmental  company specialising in innovative solutions to climate change, wastewater treatment and handling, water resources, water supply and biogas.Today, the company employs 175 people in four offices across Denmark and a smaller branch in Sweden.
