Clearwater International acted as sole financial adviser to the City of Wiesbaden on the structuring of an unsecured long-term forward financing with a total volume of €153m.
Clearwater International was mandated by the City of Wiesbaden to support in structuring a financing concept for a large public building project in Wiesbaden. Based on a tailor-made concept, Clearwater International co-ordinated a competitive process with several financing institutions, and managed the structuring of three long-term forward loans with a tenor of 30 years and a total volume of €153m, which will be drawn between 2016 and 2018 at highly favourable conditions.
Funds are used for the financing of the construction of a new fair and exhibition centre in the City of Wiesbaden.
