Clearwater International’s latest TMT deal has seen Scandinavian media group Datagraf (including Datagraf Communications and DG Media) sold to Aller Media, the leading publisher of newspapers and magazines in the Nordic region. Datagraf, a specialist in the creation of publications, related advertising and content marketing for the public and private sectors, has revenues of more than €40m and produces around 200 magazines including a number of its own titles.

The business has expanded throughout its history to add digital and internet offerings as well as to push into Sweden and Norway from its original Danish base, making it a highly attractive prospect to a range of buyers. The process, run by Søren Nørbjerg and Lars Ehlig, attracted interest from both national and international parties.
