Clearwater Corporate Finance has expanded its team with six new appointments.
Mohsin Iqbal arrives from Ernst & Young to become assistant director in the Manchester office. Mohsin, has six years’ experience in corporate finance and began his career with Dresdner Kleinwort in London.
At the Birmingham office, Mark Day and Nicola Skellum join as managers and Lisa Maynard as cross-border deal analyst.
Mark arrives from BDO Stoy Hayward Corporate Finance, while Nicola previously worked at Deloitte. At Clearwater they will act as deal leaders advising on business sales and providing advice on fundraising for management teams involved in a buy-out.
Lisa will be working with Clearwater’s partner firms to help UK businesses to access buyers, acquisition targets and financial resources from around the world. She trained with KPMG and worked at Grant Thornton before joining Clearwater.
Meanwhile in Nottingham, Sebastian Saywood has been appointed as manager and Paula Pulkkanen as graphic designer.
Sebastian was previously with insolvency specialists Kroll in Birmingham, while Paula arrives from a graphics company in Cape Town, South Africa, and will be charged with developing Clearwater’s corporate branding and producing documents and presentations for the firm’s four UK offices.
