Clearwater International UK advises The Prospects Group on its strategic partnership with Shaw Trust

Clearwater International UK has advised education, employment and skills services provider The Prospects Group (Prospects), on its strategic partnership with UK charity Shaw Trust.

The Prospects Group provides tailored education, employment, training and care products and services in the UK and internationally. Engaging with more than 7,000 education establishments, Prospects provides consultancy, improvement services, awards, resources and outdoor education to young people and adults. More than 1,400 professional and skilled colleagues work from over 70 locations and provide practical support to the local communities.

Shaw Trust is a national charity working to create brighter futures for people and communities. The charity provides employment opportunities, skills development training, and health and well-being services across the UK. Shaw Trust operates charitable social enterprises, retail shops and works alongside Shaw Education Trust, which runs a diverse chain of academy schools.

The Clearwater International team was led by Partner Marcus Archer, with support from Associate Directors Lachlan Dorrity and Daniel Rossington.

Earlier this year Clearwater International advised Prospects on its acquisition of UK children’s homes business homes2inspire.
