Clearwater Germany has advised the shareholders of Energiehaus Deutschland B2B GmbH on the sale of 100% of the share capital, to Wemag AG.
Energiehaus Deutschland is the leading specialised gas and energy service provider to small and medium sized housing companies in Germany. With a total trading volume of more than 1,300 GWh of gas annually and several corresponding services, the company has successfully built up a portfolio of approx. 2,000 customers. Energiehaus Deutschland was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Bayreuth, Germany.
Headquartered in Schwerin, Germany, Wemag is an active eco-energy and telecommunications service provider, with regional roots and power grid operations across Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Brandenburg.
