Biographie
I am a Partner and Head of Corporate Finance at InterChina Partners, a strategic partner of Clearwater International. I have more than 20 years cross-border M&A, corporate finance and strategic planning experience, and have led and advised on more than 200 acquisitions and divestitures in China, the US, Canada, and the APAC and EU regions. I have also previously worked for PwC and UPS.
