Clearwater International has welcomed back to the UK James Sinclair, head of the Food & Beverage team. James has been residing in China for over 15 years and returns to the UK for family reasons.
With over 20 years’ experience working in China, Sinclair returns to London with an unparalleled insight into Asian markets.
Sinclair’s deal credentials cover a wide range of clients including J.M. Smucker’s acquisition of Guilin Seamild, Bimbo’s acquisition of Beijing Million Land, and McCormick’s acquisition of Wuhan Asia-Pacific Condiments.
On his return to the UK, Sinclair will be using his experience to work with mid-market clients – focussing on those businesses looking for opportunities in China and outbound Chinese activity.
Phil Burns, UK Managing Director at Clearwater International, said: “James’ return to the UK further extends Clearwater’s ability to provide our clients with credible Asia opportunities. We look forward to introducing James to our European clients and contacts.”
This appointment follows the arrival of James Barraclough, head of Financial Services, and Dominic Bolton, senior Media advisor, earlier this summer.
