Krähe is a specialist mail-order company supplying professional workwear clothes for various professional occupations, including traditional guild clothes, protective clothes and personal protective equipment via the main distribution channels catalogue and online, located in Schlierbach, Germany. The company operates three business lines – KRÄHE, AKB and World of Western, with more than 20,000 articles and a growing private label segment.

HBB Holding operates in the areas of private equity, private equity consulting and asset management. The company is located in Stuttgart, Germany.

The Clearwater International team was led by Managing Partner Markus Otto with support from Associate Directors Josef Spanidis and Gunther Haberkamm and from Senior Analyst Anton Ulrich.

“Within the scope of the realignment of Krähe’s sales activities, palero was looking for a suitable new owner of Krähe. With a dedicated approach and strong relationships with potential investors, once again the team at Clearwater International has been able to structure the transaction to our complete satisfaction.”

Conny Wuppermann, Managing Partner, palero

“It has been a pleasure working with palero through this transaction process. With HBB Holding as a new investor, Krähe-Versand is ideally positioned to follow the reorganisation path and to continue its growth story.”
