Members of the Clearwater International team took on the 15 mile trek – the Three Peaks of Saddleworth Challenge, fundraising for Mahdlo. The charity provides a Youth Zone in the heart of Oldham. It supports disadvantaged young people with additional needs or disabilities, delivering high quality, innovative activities and experiences and presents opportunities to raise aspirations and support young people to be the best they can be.
The hike involved taking on local landmarks including Pots and Pans, Indian’s Head and Wharmton Hill, with some incredible views across Oldham.
The charity is working directly with POINT (Parents of Oldham in Touch), with money raised supporting the work Mahdlo do with the young people of Oldham and POINT’s work with families and carers of young people with additional needs or disabilities.
The Clearwater team consisted of CEO Michael Reeves, Directors Natasha Eden and Michael Loudon and Associate Director David Burton. This comes in a stream of charitable efforts that Clearwater is involved in across the international business.
