Fisher Outdoor Leisure Limited, a leading supplier of cycle parts and accessories to the UK trade, has been bought from the Fisher family by its management in a deal led by Livingbridge and advised by Clearwater.
Founded in 1934, Fisher is one of the leading distributors in the UK, supplying 2000 independent dealerships and working closely with both suppliers and retailers.
Nick Jones of Clearwater said: “We worked with Richard Allmark for many months to negotiate structure and raise finance for the deal. We are delighted that with Livingbridge’s help we have delivered the deal as agreed”.
Peter Watt of Livingbridge added: “Richard is one of the main reasons Fisher has been so successful to date. But we’ve strengthened his team with Alan Smith as Chairman who has a wealth of experience and a proven track record”.
Livingbridge and Alan Smith were introduced to the investment by Clearwater Corporate Finance.
