Clearwater’s Richard Shaw has been named as a Mergermarket Young Dealmaker of the Year.
Assistant director Richard Shaw, joined the London office of Clearwater in 2010 after four years within corporate finance at Grant Thornton in Manchester. As part of the firm’s consumer and support services sector teams, Richard has played an integral role in some of Clearwater’s biggest deals including the private equity investment in JoJo Maman Bébé by Magenta Partners, the secondary buyout of XLN Telecom by ECI Partners and the acquisition of Jones Bootmaker by Brantano-parent company Macintosh Retail Group.
