Clearwater International advises the family shareholders of Hopital Prive d’’Evry (HPE) on the sale of the group to Almaviva Sante

Clearwater International has advised the family shareholders of HPE Group on the sale of their clinics (including the real estate) to Almaviva Santé.

Historical and reference player on its healthcare area, Hôpital Privé d’Evry operates 2 complementary Evry-located hospitalisation facilities; a MSO clinic and a rehabilitation clinic, representing over 210 beds and places, completed by a multidisciplinary consultation centre.

Specialising in orthopaedic, digestive, ophthalmologic and ENT surgery and in obstetrics, Clinique de l’Essonne (CDE) operates more than 120 beds and greets over 12,000 MSO-patients each year. Focused on neurologic and orthopaedic follow-up and rehabilitation care, Centre de Rééducation Fonctionnelle Champs Elysées (CRF) operates more than 90 beds and provides about 40,000 days of care per year.

Hôpital Privé d’Evry Group owns its whole real estate which represents a total surface of about 14,300 sqm.

With this new transaction in the private clinic sector Clearwater International demonstrates its strong expertise in Healthcare.
