Clearwater International has advised Naxicap Partners and Bpifrance on the sale of Oralia to Nexity.

Based in Paris, Oralia is France’s #5 real estate services player, to Nexity, the second largest player in the sector. With a portfolio of more than 165,000 properties including 31,000 properties under management, Oralia generates a turnover of c.€60 million in 2013. Oralia mainly operates in Paris and Lyon (which account for 75% of its turnover) through a network of 25 agencies and 635 employees.

Nexity, a French company, focuses on real estate development and the provision of related services.
The Oralia acquisition enables Nexity to reinforce its position as the leading integrated player in the real estate field and to refocus its network on the largest cities in France. Post transaction, Nexity will manage 776,000 co-owned properties and 181,000 properties through two brands, thus reinforcing its position as France’s #2 player in real estate services.

The Clearwater International team was led by Laurent Camilli

“Oralia is an historical investment of Naxicap’s Lyon office as we have invested in the very first fundraising which led to the creation of the Oralia Group. Naxicap Partners gradually increased its stake in Oralia, and then became the majority shareholder alongside Mr. Serge Déglise, through the latest transaction in 2010. The Group’s turnover increased from €36 million to c.€ 60 million, thus strengthening Oralia’s market share in France’s largest cities.”
