Great news for you this week, if you’re anything like me and live with your iPhone glued to your ear. The Conversation (not my regular read) reported that an extensive study shows no link between mobile phone use and your brain metastasising / putrefying / exploding / etc. The sighs of relief were audible. Apple, Huawei, Samsung etc must be delighted that they don’t have to face what I could only imagine would be the biggest class action the world has ever seen. Consumers won’t get calls in the evening asking: “have you ever used a mobile phone in the last 20 years and/or had a headache, and do you realise you may be entitled to compensation?”. And junior oncologists won’t have to work any more than their current easy-peasy week. Happy days.
