Clearwater Corporate Finance has been named as the UK’s leading corporate finance house in the Private Equity Awards 2012, hosted by Real Deals.
Clearwater was also shortlisted for the European advisor of the year award alongside five other European contenders including, Nordic investment banking powerhouse ABG Sundal Collier, Paris-based Oloryn, Vienna Capital Partners in Austria and European online boutique NOAH Advisors and Italian fir Fineurop Soditic.
Clearwater picked up the award for UK Corporate Finance House of the Year at the awards ceremony which took place at the London Hilton Hotel on 17 April.

Clearwater completed 31 UK deals worth an aggregate of £899m in its financial year 2010-11. In 2011, standout deals for the firm included the £165m management buy-out of leading European pet food manufacturer, Provimi Pet Food, and the £25m cross-border transaction of surgical contraception supplier, Femcare Group Limited.
