Staff at Clearwater Corporate Finance are hoping their latest charity stunt will be all plane sailing. For the nine-strong team is hoping to raise £2,000 through a charity skydive at Langar Airfield, near Nottingham.
The event on 29 September is in aid of the When You Wish Upon A Star campaign, which aims to grant the ‘wishes’ of children aged two to 16 who are suffering from a life-threatening illness.
The Clearwater team consists of Geoff Rogers, Inge Armstrong, Kim Cummings, Natalie Mulveagh, Mandy Allen, Emma Leathley, Louise Wetherhill, Martin Poole and Katie Wood.
Phil Burns, joint managing partner with Clearwater said: “As a team we organise regular charity fundraising events and thought the When You Wish Upon A Star campaign was a very worthwhile cause. Clearwater is covering the cost of the event so all the money raised will go to charity.”
