International corporate finance house Clearwater International has appointed Liz Knight in a new role as Head of Learning and Development. Liz joins the business with 20 years’ experience, having previously held senior HR leadership roles within a number of FTSE 100 and Fortune 250 businesses across multiple sectors including insurance, technology and distribution. Liz is a chartered member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and has a Masters in Strategic HR Management.
In her new role Liz will be leading the training and development across all 15 offices of the international business. Her responsibilities include analysing the business’ people practices and building upon its current talent development strategy, including an international training curriculum and utilising learnings from best practice, as well as formalising the secondment programme.
