Clearwater International France announces the promotion of Laurence de Rosamel, Julie Duvillier-Raoul, Thomas Hamelin and Nicolas Saint-Pierre
Clearwater International France is pleased to announce the promotion of Laurence de Rosamel, Julie Duvillier-Raoul, Thomas Hamelin and Nicolas Saint-Pierre to the position of Managing Director. We are proud to welcome two women into our senior team.
Laurence de Rosamel (ESSEC and Texas A&M) joined Clearwater International France in 2017 to establish and lead the French debt advisory team which focuses on growth and acquisition financing and refinancing transactions. Laurence recently advised Tikehau Capital on the financing for the acquisition of Filiassur and Cofigeo on the refinancing of the group’s debt.
Julie Duvillier-Raoul (EM Lyon and ISG) joined Clearwater International France in 2011. Julie has mainly worked in the real estate sector and notably advised Primonial on the acquisition of several real estate healthcare asset portfolios in Europe (France, Germany and Ireland). She is responsible for several real estate sub sectors (retail, residential, alternative offices), real estate related services, and urban mobility and transport.
Thomas Hamelin (Sup de Co Toulouse) joined Clearwater International France in 2015 to establish and lead the Small-Cap team. Thomas recently advised Apax Partners Development on the disposal of Groupe Silvya Terrade to Abénex Capital and Naxicap Partners on the disposal of Lilial to groupe Coloplast.
Nicolas Saint-Pierre (Reims Management School) joined Clearwater International France in 2011. He is responsible for the following sectors and sub-sectors: medical equipment, B2B services (particularly in the healthcare, financial services and human resources sector), thermalism and well-being (thalasso/spa). More recently, Nicolas advised on the disposal of Groupe Arénadour to SRS as well as on the disposal of France Thermes to GIMV.
